This beautiful wedd-fit engagement / dress ring, made in platinum, is claw set with a gorgeous 8x6mm oval morganite and sparkling diamonds down each shoulder.

Sizing
The ring is currently a size M, but we can resize it if required. Please select from the options provided if you need the ring size adjusting and allow up to an extra three working days for dispatch. We will resize up to four sizes free of charge, after that, additional charges may apply. 
The options available reflect how many sizes we are happy to enlarge or reduce this particular ring by. If the size you require is not on the options please feel free to contact us but it may be that we are unable to enlarge or reduce the ring to a certain size due to the setting or stones that are set in the shoulders.

*Please also be aware that resizing in platinum leave faint, but visible, join lines in the metal.

Wedd-fit mounts are designed to sit flush against a straight wedding band perfectly and without a gap. Wedd-fit settings are ideal for ladies who don’t want to have a shaped wedding band made to fit around a none wedd-fit engagement ring 
 
Care and Cleaning
Morganite is a beryl, which means it is part of the same mineral family as emerald and aquamarine. 
 
Morganite is quite a hardy gemstone, with a hardness of 7.5 to 8 and good toughness this gem will resist chips and breakage well but care should always be taken when wearing, storing, putting on or taking off your morganite jewellery as it may still be scratched by harder gemstones. 
 
To prolong the life of the stones, we recommend putting on your jewellery after any makeup, hair products, lotions, or perfumes 
 
Morganite is relatively resistant to the effects of heat and light, but excessive heat can remove the orange colouration in some stones. 
Morganite is usually fine to be ultrasonic and steam cleaned unless it is heavily included (which is rare) or has liquid inclusions. You can also clean your morganite jewellery at home using a gem and jewellery dip or cloth, which can be purchased from us, or with warm soapy water and a soft brush. 
 
Some morganites are heat treated to improve their colour and remove any orange colouration. This is a stable treatment unless the stone is exposed to temperatures over 400°C.
