Service Jewellery Repairs & Cleaning
Our onsite workshop is fully equipped to deal with many kinds of jewellery repair. From resizing, polishing and rhodium plating, shank & setting replacement and much more.
Please note that our stone setter is only onsite two days a week so some stone setting and claw re-tipping work may be sent to his at home workshop.
Jewellery Valuations & Gemstone Identification & Reports
Whether you need your items valuing for insurance or probate purposes or would like your gemstones and jewellery identifying and grading, our in-house DGA diamond grader, GIA AJP gemologist and valuer will meticulously examine each piece to ensure an accurate value or report is competed for every item
Bespoke Jewellery & Jewellery Re-design
We offer a complete bespoke design service using hand and digital sketching and the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology.

Watch Repairs
Our on-site horologist is able to carry out a variety of watch repairs, from battery replacements, bracelet adjustments, part repairs, and movement replacements & services on a number of watch brands.
we also offer a watch case and bracelet restoration service that will have your watch looking like new again.
Please note that many higher end Swiss watches may need to be returned to the manufactures or sent to a third party repair centre
Re-Threading
Our off-site threaders are equipped to handle all your necklet row and bracelet threading needs. From pearls and gemstone beads, base and precious metal beads, to costume jewellery and more.
We can arrange knotted and unknotted strands on a range of materials, clasp replacements, bead and pearl cleaning, as well as pearl drilling and setting onsite.

We have a wide range of jewellery available to purchase instore and online, from diamond and coloured stone engagement rings, gold and silver bracelets, earrings, pendants, watches and much more.
We don't do mass-produced jewellery here, most of our products are limited or one-of-a-kind pieces made using hand selected gemstones and setting and assembled in-house, making your shopping experience with us truly unique and personal.
