Bespoke Jewellery
Our bespoke design services and consultation are now by appointment only, walk-in consultation are no longer available. Our in-house designer offers a personalised complete design service, using hand sketching and the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology to create 3D images so you can see your ideas come to life. The images can be altered to fit your exact requirements and when you are entirely happy, the piece will be cast at one of our UK casting partners and hand set and finished in our workshop. We offer a comprehensive initial free consultation which enables us to work with you to create that perfect piece of Jewellery for any occasion. You will be invited back throughout the manufacturing process to sign off the design and view the cast for fitting. Each commission we undertake is entirely unique and highly personalised.
We can even use your existing gemstone and materials and re-work them into a brand new design. This is a great option for family jewellery that may not be entirely to your liking but is sentimental and would like to be worn.
Jewellery Repairs
Our onsite workshop is fully equipped to deal with every kind of jewellery repair. From resizing to re-tipping, polishing and rhodium plating, to stone replacement, shank and setting replacement and more. We don't send any repairs offsite, all jewellery repairs are done in-house by our three fully trained goldsmiths (Simon, Nick and Alex) who will also give you expert advice on how to maintain and care for your jewellery.

Our onsite GIA trained gemmologist, DGA Diamond Grader, GIA AJP and GIA alumni member is fully equipped for all our customers diamond and coloured gemstone needs, including gemstone species and variety identification, treatment testing, valuations, grading and gem reports.Equipments used includes a gemological binocular microscope with dark field illumination, long wave and short wave UV viewing lamp, gemological refractometer with removable magnification and polarising filter, gemological prism spectroscope, gemological polariscope and calcite dichroscope
Permanent Jewellery
Permanent jewellery, or seamlessly welded jewellery, is a new jewellery trend that started in America and is now gaining popularity in the UK.
The idea is that a silver, gold or platinum chain is welded together on your wrist so it has no fasten and can't be taken off (it can be removed through cutting and re-joined later if needed).
You can also add a diamond or coloured gemstone to your chain to give a little extra sparkle or colour. We recommend bezel settings for permanent jewellery so they don't catch on anything.
The price is dependant on which material and type of link the chain you choose is.

Valuations

We understand that your jewellery is precious and often very sentimental. Whether you need your items valuing for insurance or probate purposes, our in-house valuer will meticulously examine each piece to ensure an accurate value is placed on every watch or item of jewellery
Jewellery Cleaning
If your jewellery is looking a bit worse for wear, pop it in for some TLC and we'll have it looking like new. From silver to gold, platinum to palladium, we have the facility to steam and ultrasonic clean, buff, polish and re-rhodium. Cleaning services start from just £15.00 and same day services are available by appointment
Watch Servicing and Repairs
Our onsite horologist is on hand to handle many of your watch repair needs. Whether it's a simple battery change, glass replacement, bracelet repair or a service.
Unfortunately, as we are no longer able to obtain parts from the manufactures, we will no longer be offering in house repairs on many watch brands including Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Ebel, Tissot, Longines, Gucci, and Oris.

We are still able to work on a range of watch brands and movement replacements are still possible on a range of brands but please do contact us before coming down to the store to see if we can help you with your particular model.
Please note that we will not accept counterfeit watches for repair.
Please note that in many cases, watch over 15-20 years old will not be repaired by manufacturers and that we will no longer accept watches over 50 years on for repair or servicing.
